Hey everyone I found your club/forum on the ca4wdc web page. I signed up today as a member! My wife, Meagan and Daughter Caitlynn (8mos) and I have been looking for a great 4wd club to get involved with, run trails and go hiking and camping. We wold like very much to attend a meeting in the near future.

We have been into 4 wheeling for a little over 3 yrs now since I bought an 84 toyota pickup. Then after having fun with that and the baby, we upgraded to a slightly bigger 85 4 runner. My truck is not overly done but it has a new motor 22re, 4.7 geared transfer case, 5.29 gears in the axles with a detroit in the rear and a lockrite up front. Running black steelies wrapped with super swamper 33's for now until I can upgrade my axles to handle bigger tires. The body is stock and I have Marlin front and rear tube bumpers and trail gear rock sliders. Also a warn winch up front. There is always more I want to do to my runner, you know how it is...

Mostly we enjoy getting outdoors and running trails with a fun group! My driving style is slow and steady but I'm not afraid to challenge myself or my runner. I have run eagle lakes, part of the rubicon and a few other trails in the area even up to the highlakes near magalia. I live really close to prairie city ohv park but would always rather hit a trail than go to a park. I'm not super experienced, but I'm always learning and I try my best to be safe and tread lightly.
