I like the axe and Shovel carrier. I actually was thinking about it. Is that a good price?

I would want to know the extent of the rust being as Santa Cruz has salty air.  If the rust is superficial and the frame has no cracks then it is looking better.  If it can be made to run then it is a good deal, if the drivetrain is shot and the body/frame is rusty then move on.
