After the meeting last night I was curious as to what roads were closed.
I picked up the below information on storm damaged roads on the El Dorado National Forest Service Web Site.
The following roads were damaged over the winter and are closed until repairs are made:
11 Pines Rd (from Wentworth Springs road to Hell Hole)
Ellis Rd
Black Smith Flat Rd
Salt Springs Rd
Forebay Rd
Slab Creek Rd
Plum Creek Rd
Granite Springs Rd
Alder Creek Rd
Bridal Veil picnic area
Panther Creek Road
Weber Mill Rd
Pigeon Roost Rd
Jaybird Springs Rd

Offline To get to Hell Hole through Foresthill you would take...
Foresthill Rd to Mosquito Ridge Rd to FR-23 to Rubicon Rd
Rubicon Rd eventually splits into Ramsey Crossing Rd to the right (paved) and French Meadows Rd to the left (mostly gravel).
Ramsey Crossing Rd connects to 11 Pines Rd and then to Hell Hole Rd. (not sure if there are any washouts on that section of 11 Pines Rd)
The gravel portion of French Meadows Rd ends at pavement. Left takes you to French Meadows Reservoir. Right connects you to Hell Hole Rd.
