So far, so good. I think I might have some air trapped somewhere as left turns are a little stiff at slow speeds. Need to bleed the system again at some point. Overall it feels great. Any wander and bump steer is gone. I was cruising at 60mph up White Rock from Rancho to EDH and felt in full control. Before hydro I would only do about 50mph. If you've driven White Rock narrow sections you know what I mean. Haven't been off-road yet.

Had to wait 2 months to get the kit. Kit had the wrong pump. Had to wait a few more weeks for pump replacement. Had to grind some of their custom pump mount. It did not come with a new reservoir. With all that said it was about $1K less than the PSC kit. If I need to I can buy a reservoir for about $60 and still be way ahead.

Cool man!!  when you get a chance, can you post a link to the kit you bought.

When you had to get the pump replaced, did you deal with summit directly or did you call the manufacture?

Um...what?

Here's the AGR and Summit links...

http://www.agrperformance.com/.....rts-JK.htm

http://www.summitracing.com/pa.....-395851k26

I would call AGR to make sure of the correct part number. Maybe see if they will price match.

I called AGR when I received the wrong pump but had to coordinate the return through Summit. Everyone I spoke with at both were really helpful.

If you're not in any hurry it's worth the savings.

Looks like your system is for the up to 39.5" tires and the next one is 40" and over but costs an extra $300...Different pump, ram, and piston.

Um...what?

I run the same set up and it works perfect for 37's, 38's and 40s

Yeah! 37x13 50 tires?

38x13.5x18 toyo mts...whose build is this?

Are 18" rims required to clear the rotors? I figured they keep it at 17" to fit stock rubicon rims...

i have 15" aluminum wheels on mine.  steel won't work because of the welds.  they will hit the rotors

15s won't fit the UD60s. Some 17s won't fit either.

Right Kevin.  17" rim size is the smallest that will clear our rotors.  I run 17s. Kevin runs 18s.

I'm not saying that the 39.5 kit won't work.  If I ever make the jump to 60s, I plan to run 40s and then after some point on 40s, I wouldn't put it past me to try some 42s.  I just don't want to have to buy the kit twice.  Really I should just buy the same kit as you guys to keep me from going 42s.  LOL!!

Kevin, did you buy from summit during a sale or did you have a coupon?  Or were they just the cheapest?  (Clearly they are the cheapest)

Um...what?

I did plenty of research and they were the cheapest (at the time). I tried calling OTRT a bunch of times to see if they would price match but I never got a call back.

Summit is the cheapest by far.  They beat our wholesale pricing...

New Offroad Heroes Cargo Top (FYI: they're having another sale! slightly more than the last one.),

a new tramp stamp with antenna mount, and license plate/third brake light.

Note: If you're interested in their top, be patient. I ordered mine Feb 29th and just got it yesterday.

Now I just need time. Wish I could order that too!scared

New top is finally on! Man, was that rear cover tight! I had to use a wood clamp to get the plastic into the channel. Hopefully the hot sun will soften it up a little.

Now time for a test drive.
