SUMMARY:MET Snow Patrol #2 (w/ Taco Soup by Romika)
DESCRIPTION:Sun. March 15\, 2026   8:30 am – 4:00 pm \nOn this patrol Romika has volunteered to make a Hot Taco Soup for everyone.  If you want you to bring a side to go with it that would be amazing.  If you have a special soup you want others to try then bring that too.  Either way\, this is a great opportunity to enjoy some warm food with good friends in cold weather. \nMeeting at the Subway/Shell station in Pollock Pines off of Hwy 50 and Sly Park exit. \nPollock Pines Subway/Shell Station\n6529 Pony Express Trail\nPollock Pines\nCA 95726 \nMeet at 8:30am for drivers’ meeting and sign-in; we will leave at 9:00am.  Will plan on having lunch around noon or so and start packing up around 2:00pm – 3:00pm depending when the afternoon wheelers get back. Dress for a day in the snow and cold. \nPlease post below if you are attending and what you plan to bring. \nOther notes: \nWe will use the club’s HAM PosseV2 frequency for communications\, so bring your HAM radios.  If you do not have a HAM\, please let us know.  I carry spares as well as a few others in the club if you need one for the day. \nGeneral things to remember to bring: \n-Tables \n-Chairs \n-Firewood \n-Shovel \n-Warm Beverages \n-Water (cold weather is very dehydrating) \n-Easy-up \nBONUS GEAR: \n-Beanie \n-Gloves \n-Jacket \n-Snow Shoes \n-RC Cars \n-Pants (Jason)
