Next will work on the back clearance.
NICE! What about simply adding a bumpstop in the rear right before body contact?
I believe that when I trim the rock slider and the body there on the rear corners, that I will have the clearance so that a bumpstop won't be needed. But we'll see after the rear body trimming, will do another tire test at PC to see. Then if I do i can add it. If I don't then it's just a little more flex available. Also when I build the beefed axle I will put on saddles that move the axle back about 3/4"-1" that should center the tires right in the center of the fender hump.
What I do need to do is get stiffer shocks on the compression stroke to slow down the body roll on off camber drop offs.
order them now and you might have them by Christmas

Did you find your tire air down sweet spot yet? How do the Patagonia's feel and work?
Haven’t done the air down testing yet. But even aired up yesterday they are good. I Did run at 10psi last trip and it work great. I am loving the ride on the road. It rolls better, and is so Much quieter. The ride is great
Planing on doing the air down test next trip to PC when Sean goes to test his tires on The 4Runner.
If I can't build it, then it's something that should be bought.

I can go back to PC next Saturday on the 26th to test my tire clearance if you want to go then?
You Probity should run the rear tire up on some ramps to check for clearances first.
Be a shame to get it out there and tear the tires up or rip body parts off.

I dont have any ramps big enough. After you left I did some flex tests like you. I found out the trac bars will make my axles swing back and forth rather than up and down. When I am at max up travel with my rear my front still has another 4-5” inches to go. Very big difference. Im not sure what to do with my rear. I do not think trimming my rear body will do much because my rear is so limited from the trac bars. picture below of what I am trying to explain lol , I am really
considering doing leaf springs in the rear, but have no idea what to do.

Sean, With your new Tires just have to flex it out. In that pic look like the axle moves more to the center of the fender hump and away from the body. But are you totally flexed out? Because your front Passenger is up on some rocks. Need to go to where the front is fully compressed or..... Could back up a rock "slowly" and compress the rear. Old pic, but like this, to see what it will look like.
If I can't build it, then it's something that should be bought.

Adjustable track bar is your best option. All TJs and JKs you see on the trail deal with the axle shifting from the track bars. An adjustable one lets you center it. While leaf springs are better about axle centering and flex-steer, there isn't a trail in the area that is more difficult for track bar equipped rigs. Especially due to the more reliable flex from proper 4/5 link suspension geometry (and much better ride). The ultimate fix is to do a double triangulated rear suspension but street manners go to hell.

I will look into that For sure. I did not even consider that... with adjustable trac bars I would want to relocate my shock mounts too. Im in no rush for that project, have to buy my wife a truck for our anniversary first before I upgrade my rear suspension LOL.
thanks for the input!
