Looks like the fires restriction was extended to the 6th. https://www.fs.usda.gov/Intern.....836593.pdf
I have asked kyle if they are likely to extend the stove/bbq restrictions another week but I think the decision is being made above the local office level. So at this point it may be best to have a backup plan if the fire restrictions are still in place.
An inverter and crock pot can be used to keep something BBQd warm if the planned food is something like pulled pork, or as Jeff said, cold cuts will suffice. If the member BBQ is moving ahead then post up with what is needed.

I will be there and will be bringing my neighbor in his 5th Gen TRD 4Runner who is new to 4 wheeling but interested in getting out and learning and volunteering in this trail clean up.
I need to be in Cool, CA about 345pm ish for an appointment so depending on how the clean up goes, might need to leave a bit early, but will play it by ear that day.

For my hosting bbq/food do I need to supply all of it? Main course/sides and drinks etc? Tomorrow night I will decide on what I am planning to do.
Typically the prospect will cook/bring the main dish and request the sides here for others to bring. The maintenance run is typically a larger run which is why we try and post up an approximate head count. For example, if you say you are bringing burgers then the rest of the group would contribute the chips, sides, and sodas.

The Jeep has been repaired; picked it up yesterday afternoon. Planning on attending & will bring the magnetic signs.
What are the magnetic signs for?
The magnetic signs depict us being El Dorado National Forest volunteers, in which the EDNF gets credits for time spent on maintenance or improvements on their behalf, thus maintaining or increasing their annual budgets. They have given these signs to us to wear while we are doing work on the trail. They are optional; we just have them to accommodate their wishes.

Sounds yummy Guy but I think they were interested in a side dish like chili with beans
I bring chips and salsa.
But I'm glade to hear that your jeep is back and ready to go

Is this a snow or shine event? I just checked the weather and it looks like snow the night before and on & off while we’re thereIf it’s on, I’m in!
Only if you have a Mall Crawler, other wise come out and work and play. As my good friend Josh always said "a day on the trail priceless."

Sean, did you decide what food your are providing for your member BBQ? Please let us know so we know what other items bring to complement your BBQ, even if your aren't actually doing an actual BBQ due to fire restrictions.

Hey Jeff i decided to do cold cold premade sandwhiches. I will also bring bagged chips and bottled water. I think this will be the easiest and way and safest (due to fire and covid) to have food for everybody if that is ok.
If anyone would like to bring other beverages or some sort of desert like cookies or something that would be super cool.

Sean, if you are bringing sandwiches and waters you might want to let the rest of us bring things like chips, snack food and desserts. We normally try to get a fairly accurate head count so whoever is doing their BBQ has an approximate idea of how much food to bring. People usually give a head count and indicate what food or other items they are bringing so there isn't too much overlap. So I will start it off.
Chris is going to ride with me so head count of two 2 in my Jeep. I will bring a large bag of Doritos.
