Went to Ruff Stuff yesterday. They were really helpful and warrantied the parts. They are working on some prototype drag links. One was very similar to mine. Another was a straight bar with an offset TRE. I told them to let me know if they needed someone to test one out.
The straight bar with straight TRE wouldn't work for me. Even with the stabilizer removed it would still hit my track bar bracket when turning.

RE used to let me test stuff out. Hopefully you can too. Did you get 2 rod ends?

Installed the replacement drag link end today. I'll keep the Napa one as a spare. Threaded it on as far as it would go while leaving some room for the jam nut. Got it all adjusted so my steering wheel is straight.

Offline Glad to hear you are going again Kevin. Were your ears burning last Sunday? Betty, Gil, Guy and I went to the Cantina for the Con and had a thorough discussion with what happened to your rig at one of the booths. They specialized in drag link stuff. They thought it was pretty interesting and unusual as well.

That set up looks cool, is it a smaller tank than there roll cage mount type?

I'm guessing yes since it's for shocks and not tires.

Offline So Kevin, how is the new hydro assist treating you? I know you are still gathering intel from the install, but any feedback yet? Do you regret going with this brand? Next time would you try something else? PSC maybe?
