JRodriguez said Hey everyone Dave and I will be doing our BBQ together on Saturday to fulfill our membership status. We have decided to do Burgers and Hot Dogs for the main dish. We will be providing:
    • burger patties
    • hot dogs
    • buns
    • ketchup
    • mayo
    • mustard
    • relish
    • sauerkraut
    • tomato
    • onion
    • lettuce
    • cheese

If we could get a head count on who will be attending and what potluck items they will bring that would be great.

Hope to see you guys there.

My Son Ryan and I will be attending.  We will have to leave at 2:00 pm as we have to get down to Fresno for Mothers Day.

We will bring a Dessert to share with everybody.

TravisL\ Now will Prairie City have a mall obstacle setup so Greg can teach everyone how to pick lines or parking spaces? And how to avoid curbs and pedestrians. Maybe even traffic jam recovery techniques!!

I'll bring white spray paint to ensure there is a practice area setup near the bathroom 🏆

Change of plan... I'm bringing Southern Baked Beans.  It's my mama's recipe, (if I do them right) it goes great with any picnic food and besides, Saturday is the Kentucky Durby.  Since tradition calls for mint juleps and I can't bring those I have to do something Southern...

Oh I moved here from Mississippi . . . "it's a southern thing." While we love Northern CA, we miss fried catfish.. okra.. butterbeans.. hush puppies... red beans and rice..crawfish boils... and on and on. And mint juleps... and the barbecue here is weird. Not to mention no smog laws, no such thing as having to have a tag to shoot a deer . .  and very little in the way of gun control laws. Come to think of it, this is making me homesick!
