I have had my Suzuki for about five years, but only this year set it up for running trails and such. I do my own work and mods. I live just outside of downtown El Dorado (Mud Springs). I am interested in doing some trails and other 4x4 stuff.

I would like to attend one of your meetings, and maybe a trail maintenance run, and see what develops.

Photos of my Zuki are below my list of modifications.

Welcome to the board. Good looking rig. It always blows my mind just how capable those things are. See you at the meeting.

Hi Wayne,

Your Suzuki sounds nicely built and looks great. Given your name on the forums I was surprised to see it's not red though. We've got a meeting this Thursday evening and our Strawberry Trail maintenance run on 10/17. You're welcome to join us for either/both of those events.

Thanks for the warm welcome, and the kind words.

The Zuki is still under construction. Quite a few small things on the shelf waiting to be installed. My next major mod is an EXO cage with provisions for a rack on top, including a tent cot.

As for "Reddog1", this was given to me years ago, as a sign of respect by my students. I retired from teaching in the California Department of Corrections.

What time is the meeting for guest?

Wow...my dad was a teacher for the department of corrections. He retired as the chief of education for the department of corrections. I am also a teacher.

The meeting starts at 7:30, but most of us show up between 7:00 and 7:30.

I used to wheel a lot. . .

Interesting. What was his name?

Alfeo DalFavero...he taught at San Quinton, and worked at Soledad and DVI in Tracy.
