Hello all,
Looking forward to meeting everyone and doing some runs. My wife Lori & I will be at the June meeting to say "Hi" We used to go wheeling two to three times a month 15 years ago, then as sometimes what comes about for a lot of people "life happened" We have known Tom & Ronie Dove for a long time and I saw his wheeling video on Facebook it made the "wheeling bug" come back. Contacted Tom and he invited me to check out Gold Hills Posse & are looking forward to hopping rocks again.
Our Suzuki Samurai is a '86 with currently 307,000 miles. Stock Engine to be rebuilt very soon with a few internal performance improvements. The suspension has trailmaster 3" lift springs & 4" shackles. Currently in between "off road" tires. I will run 31x10.50x15, it has 4:11 gears. Many future upgrades to come, the main one is Trail Creeper 6.5:1 crawler gears in transfer case. Springs over axle. Armor and building a on board air system.
See you soon
David & Lori Fountain
If I can't build it, then it's something that should be bought.

Do you even fit in a Sammi? Did your head stick out of the roof? You're like 9 feet tall!
I will admit, I couldn't drive either of them with the doors on. I couldn't get my foot off the clutch.
Um...what?

Thanks for the warm welcome, Looking forward to meet you all.
I will enjoy putting together that mile long upgrade list with ya, it's the 1" long budget that's the problem 🙁
When I went into Barretts Lake, getting my foot off the clutch was the problem. But I think that was a "operator" problem not a cab room issue.
