I know it is one of the favorite things for the club to do! So the last Rubicon run "adjustments" keep popping up since apparently I need to work on picking my lines grin

The list is currently a new Tie Rod, will be going Rare Parts to fix that. The new finding is my rear track bar bracket is mangled pushing the axle over an inch or so. Plan is to put a weld on replacement bracket and while I have them welding on the axle I am going to have them replace the factory LCA/Shock mounts since I hear they are the next failure point and I can see the damage to them piling up already (did I say anything about picking lines yet). 2 Questions:

1. Should I be looking at replacing the rear trackbar as well or will the factory one be ok with a relocation style bracket? I actually don't see many brackets that do not include multiple mount points but it seems to me that having and adjustable track bar and mounting in in a hole closest to the axle will be stronger and less prone to failure (I guess that means with a lift the axle will move side to side more on obstacles though due to the higher angle).

2. Is there any other weak point I am missing/reasonable upgrade I should be doing while the rear axle work is being done?

Here is the parts list I am looking at - All opinions welcome on different options!

Tie Rod - https://shop.rareparts.com/RP2.....P-WRANGLER
Rear Trackbar Bracket I am leaning towards - https://www.northridge4x4.com/.....acket-rear
Other rear trackbar bracket consideration - https://www.northridge4x4.com/.....acket-rear
LCA/Shock mount brackets - https://www.artecindustries.co.....p_408.html
If i went with an adjustable rear trackbar in addition I would probably go - https://www.northridge4x4.com/.....k-bar-rear

I have the Synergy Rear Trackbar Bracket Brace for the frame side bracket. An adjustable trackbar also helps make it easier to get the axle centered.

Truss? UCA brackets?

I thought about a truss but was not sure if it was overkill, but looking at the price it is starting to feel like cheap insurance while I am learning. I had not heard anyone talk about the UCA brackets being a weak point, but following my logic it seems like a good thing to do while the axle is being welded on since they are inexpensive. Guess I need to call MC Motorsports and get on the calendar!

I love my rare parts steering. If your C's are not gusseted, I would definitely do those.

Cant see you getting upset with the Rare Parts stuff.  I believe he did the dana ultimate 44 so his Cs are already beefed up.

The frame side brace and axle truss would be cheap insurance since they are already in there doing the work.  I don't think you will regret spending on the adjustable track bar or heavier duty brackets since you seem to be planning on keeping the axle.
