there's a lot of good manufacturers out there but you better have $$$. i have no personal experience with any since i don't have a dana 300.

i do have a np205 and i'm poor so i went the cheap route and fab my own. i bought another stock shifter, put them together and fab a mount. cheap cheap but it works.

got mine off of ebay for like $50, it's not in use yet but looks nice enough for the price..
