In 1984-1986 Jeep XJs used a 2.8 motor sourced from GM with an oddball A904 to match the GM bolt pattern. Original motor so no bar sticker needed.

I just found out some information about this vehicle "Today", Found out that the engine smokes. It would be a just parts car. Sorry for not knowing about this.
