I'm dropping Kathy at Stumpy Meadows around 9 a.m. and she will be riding her bike from there to Loon Lake. It will probably take her about three hours. I will be hanging out around the spillway until she gets there somewhere around noon.

Well you never know with jeepers. For all I know you guys could be driving Subarus up there to save on gas and fit in with the bird watchers

That is awsome Jeff! I am going to drop Paula off in Georgetown. I am going to stop for gas and ask her to go inside and get me a water... I figure she can walk or hitchhike the rest of the way.

I will probably just be hanging out around the spillway for tacos, a cold drink, to visit the vendors and to check out rigs. Kathy just bought a new, expensive carbon fiber bike last weekend so I don't think she would appreciate me tossing it in the back of the Jeep and bouncing it around wile driving the Rubicon trail!

i won't be going through the trail on this one. I'm planning on meeting darrell and Jill thursday night but i have to return home friday evening for a saturday morning event. I plan on going back up saturday afternoon and returning home again Sunday late morning
