I can see where the C is welded to the axle tube.
With the lift being run, approximately 6-1/2", would it be a good idea to adjust the Cs to bring the caster back into spec and realigning the front driveshaft? Or it is too much hassle for too little return?

What about adjustable control arms?
I have adjustable upper and lower control arms so that part is good. I can get camber where it needs to be.
Looking to improve the pinion angle with the correct camber.

What are other XJer's doing? Honestly, I wouldn't do it. You're investing a lot of money and time into what some people consider a throw-away axle. Just my thought. If you aren't having issues with it on the road then you are trying to fix something that isn't broke.
Do you have issues with the pinion angle? Possibly drive shaft issues? I would get a cv style driveshaft before messing with cutting and welding.
Um...what?

Tom your talking about what they call a "cut an turn". Search it, you'll find info on it. This is something you would want a shop to do.
You now you should never bring up a ? about 30's on this forum, right?
It gets me around. BTW, don't you have a D30 on your rig?

Ssh, keep it down. The last time I talked about my 30 I got ganged up on by 60′s guys. Their ruff I tell ya.
I did a lot of searches on what one could do with a 30…. And yes if I want to keep up with you Dana 60 guys I’m going to have to step-it-up.
My rig doesn’t have a “frame” either so I get it from that crowd as well.
