According to an article in today's Mountain Democrat, entitled "Recreation site in King Fire burned area reopened", it states "...most of the roads that define the boundary of the fire closure area are open, in addition to the Hellhole Trail,..."
Article sites USDA Forest Service News Release as source, although I could not find the News Release on http://www.fs.fed.us/
It did list a phone number 530-622-5061 for the Forest Supervisor's office.
