    Do you still want to trade your front 4.5 springs for mine? If so, I need them soon. I have already lowered the rear of my Jeep to 4.5 and need to do the front. Anyway you could do it this weekend? I want to get both my drive shafts done at the same time.



    By the looks of it, I won't be on 4.5's very long. I am probably going to drop to 3.5 inch springs before summer.

    Yeah, we could do it this weekend. Let me talk to my event coordinator (Dayna 😳 ) and see what we have planned this weekend.

    (funny, I was just looking at my springs this morning wondering if you still wanted to trade)

    What did you do to allow the shorter springs with your 37" tires?

    I have been trying to figure out how to fit 40's under my Jeep for when my 60's are done. 😉

    40s are on my list too. That's why I'm keeping my 5.5" springs on 😀

    Moved my front axle forward and bump stopped it. I am probably going to comp cut the rear of my Jeep, so I am not worried about clearance back there, but the 37's will fit anyway. I even have enough room to put 40's on there.

    I am going to pull the front springs out today if I have time. I will let you know.

    Let me know. Any way I can have your springs before I do it. My Jeep is my only car right now. It should only take me a few minutes once I start.

    Dang Keane, you were right. I jinxed myself. It took me 20 minutes to install the springs. That's the last time I say something will take me a couple minutes. I mean, I went way over my estimate....wait.....I forgot to torque my lug nuts.....dang.....I have to go back out to the garage and spend another 2 minutes. I am not cut out for this wrenching stuff. :x

    20 minutes vs. "a couple of minutes"!!!! 😲 That's like 5-10 times longer than you estimated! Sounds like a typical job for me! 😳 😀
