So, the word might be out. My jeep is officially gone and my new tow rig is here.

Beautiful truck, love that color mr-green
More specs on the truck? What size tires are those?

I used to wheel a lot. . .

It's a 2005 quad cab short bed, 5.9l diesel cummins, automatic. It has a 120k on the odometer.

The truck has a procomp leveling kit up front with 35x12.5x17 cooper all terrains. It rubs just a hair when turning. I don't like that so I'm looking into some solutions.

It also came with an ARB front bumper, aka the Prius push bar!

Um...what?

I'm thinking of getting a very small spacer lift in front (not level though) and putting on some 33" tires. Just enough to make it look nice but not detract from it's functionality as a tow rig and daily driver. Very similar to what I did with the Toyota. I love my Dodge Diesel 8)

They are awesome trucks!! I can't wait to tow with it. My buddy runs some 295s that seem like a good size. I wouldn't mind a little shorter tire for daily driving.

What kind of milage are you getting?

My first fill up hand calculated was 15.4. But I was doing a lot of idling and throttle happy driving. My digital read out has gotten to 21 in the freeway. Either way, beats my jeeps milage.

Um...what?

I might be able to mount a BBQ to it some where.

Serious bumper!

I am averaging just over 16 for daily driving and I got almost 18 on my trip down to Los Angeles. I think the new 6 speed transmission helps a lot.

Lucky!! I'd love to have a 6 speed. I really like the 6.7l. I had a choice between an 08 with the 6.7 or my 05 with the 5.9. 08 had a 175k miles on it but road like new. But I really like the reputation of the 5.9. Both are great trucks.

Um...what?

Greg, I saw that on Sunday. So is the Juggy a GO or are you still shopping for another rig?

The juggy is a go. I actually picked it up about 4 weeks ago. Been at my friends house for a few weeks and I just brought it home on Saturday. The wife was really happy.

Rear ones are bald. 😀

I think you got a good deal man, including the goose hitch.

They aren't bald, they're seasoned.
