Where is the best place to get a trailer. I don't like what I'm seeing online and hardly any websites post there prices. I've looked at 2 trailers and both have been disappointing. And why do all trailer places close at 530?

Um...what?

Greg,
Check out this link. I had good luck here. I would buy from them again.

I have not bought a trailer yet because all my trailer funds went into purchasing a new suspension for my Jeep. But when I do buy one I'll be getting a 8'x16'.

I used to wheel a lot. . .

No, I found a place on craigslist that sells a 8x16 trailer somewhere in Vacaville. It was a standard car trailer but extra wide. If I see the ad again I'll send you a link.

For the Jeep, I bought a Clayton upgrade kit to replace all of my RE brackets (ripping) and RE control arms (bending). I'm also hoping it will solve my geometry problems and I'll stop breaking control arm bolts. If nothing else I'll be able to run the larger bolt with the new system. I also bought some new RE 4.5" springs (all 4). After that I need to rebuild mt panhard bar and build a new tierod. That should have me back up and running for a while.

I used to wheel a lot. . .

Clayton has some quality parts. Is there a stretch plan in the rebuild?

Um...what?

Greg, are you looking for an enclosed trailer or flatbed?

Let me ask around. I have some folks I know in construction who have, unfortunately, had to scale back. There may be some equipment to be sold off.

http://www.travlntoys.com/ has a good selection. I looked there before I bought mine at http://www.d2trailersales.com/. Deck over makes for a pretty tall load. Mark
