Today, I met a guy in Orangevale that restores the old "Coot" ATV. This is the first time I'd ever seen one. 4wd and steering, floats and articulated twin hull, optional prop. He must have about ten of them in different conditions.

Pretty cool little gizmo, but hopefully the guy in the video is on private property, otherwise he's a grade A idiot. Either way, videos of people driving like that get trails closed. 🙁

One of the guys I work with recently sold a couple of those. He said it was cool but, he needed to get rid of them to fund a Jeepster project.
