Ok, so I called AAA yesterday to be part of the "in" crowd. They require you to be a basic member for a year before you can upgrade to the plus membership (not plus size!). Does anyone know a way around this rule?

I remember when it first came out that they said if you used their regular service a ton, you wouldn't get approved for the plus. I wouldn't use the regular service during that first year.
