I remember at a few meetings back disucussing this and I think Gil mentioned that we needed to add an additional membership type to get full coverage in the ares we wheel/frequent..... to get the full coverage was it the AirMedCare with the FlightCare add on (I think to cover Nevada)?
I hope that's right cause its what I signed up for

When I called to renew a few weeks ago I asked about coverage in CA up to like Plumas NF and they said no extra coverage was needed - the standard plan covered southern plumas, Tahoe, eldorado, northern stanisluas areas (which are the areas I’m going to be). I did not ask about NV… so no comments there. But it did not seem like extra coverage was needed for “local” areas. Someone please let me know if you got a different answer or understanding from your rep.

Hi Jamie,
Sorry for the late reply on this, but we also have Care Flight and they partner with a company called Remso that covers Nevada. It's all in one payment for us as a Care Flight member. So you should be good to go. This is the cheapest peace of mind around!

When I read through everything, I signed up for 2 of them to ensure full coverage, here is what I did but I can't find the info on what each one entails, I think it was on the sign up pages which I can;t get back to:

Just bringing this back to the top of the boards for those that may need a reminder to renew. I just renewed my membership (AirMed & Care Flight) today. There is a discount on the AirMed piece if you are a Cal 4Wheel member - dropped it from $99 to $75.
