Let's gather interest on getting some personal swag!
Pretty much anything can be silkscreened or embroidered.
Romika has offered to manage the silk screen option, and we will continue to use our legacy embroidery company in Rancho for that side of the order.
I believe Romika allows you to supply your own items, as does the embroidery place. But AAA Garments and Lettering (aka Embroidery place) has online product catalogs you can pick from as well. Just make a list of the item, brand, size, color and item number for what you want.
Ramika may have some default items that you'd only need size and possibly color on.
We don't yet have a date to place an order, but we can start now. Hopefully this can be in process before mid June and delivered at the July meeting.
Be prepared to pay in advance for your items if necessary.
Embroidery orders are per item, and the more done the cheaper they are. The one item price (max price per item, going down from there):
Jeep circle logo - large back of jacket - $60
Horse Posse logo - large back of jacket - $50
Horse Posse logo - small front of shirt or hat - $12

I suggest working with AAA directly if you want an embroidery item.
I requested a quote for three items, received the pricing (minus the embroidery) and will likely bring one item in myself for the work while purchasing the other 2.

I can do that. I am hoping the company that Mike G mentioned is the correct one, as that is what I found as well.
What are people's thoughts on my idea about having club logo shorts with "Trail Maintenace" on it as well? For our work days.

Are you thinking "Trail Maintenance" is on the back of the shorts similar to the old school Victoria Secret "Pink" sweats? I think that would definitely get some looks on this crew!
