thinking of day run this weekend as Fordyce got cancelled.
Pretty sure I can find Georgetown ok

There is no access to Hell Hole from Wentworth Springs Road (the Georgetown side) due to storm damage to the road. The road is closed at the intersection of Wentworth Springs Road. You can get there through Foresthill via Mosquito Ridge Road. Here is a map: https://www.google.com/maps/di.....4815?hl=en

Offline On the bright side & FYI, I saw an advertisement to repair the road leading to Hell Hole reservoir the other day, so at at least it will be accessable next year.

Is that the route you guys took when I ran into you at Hellhole?
I thought there were some washouts on that road... I had to go in through Mosquito Ridge Rd in to French meadows resevoir, then go down to HellHole from French Meadows... it was a very long drive lol.

Yes, that is the way we went. The road was reduced to one lane in several places.
