Offline Ok. I completed all 50 levels without having to pay for points.
It's now in "endless" mode where you try to survive as long as possible. I guess this is where buying points comes in handy.
FYI, the deathcoaster works best...

While I said the deathcoaster works the best, I have to admit that nothing is more fun than unlocking the pit, and arming yourself with the chainsaw. Then, one shotgun blast and one swipe with the chainsaw - and watch them fall in to the pit! 8)
