    Drove by the gas station this morning. It is up another 4 cents a gallon from yesterday 😲



    That is 17 cents in less than a week...

    The only good news is that last Thursday, the price per barrel dropped a bit. The economy has to turn around so the dollar quits taking a dump.



    I paid $4.38 this morning... 😢

    Friday afternoon, 5:19 a gallon, for Diesel. $50 bucks gave me a 1/4 tank. Any one know where I can buy one of the Posse Scooters? :?

    Diesel is only $4.99 by my house. You can stop by and fill up for less at the next club meeting! It will probably be $5.25 by then... 😲

    Did you stop by McDonalds and pick some up?



    I saw the company taking McDonalds oil away. They use it for conversion to bio diesel. I think they get it for free. That deal won't last long...

    He used store bought products to make a small quainity of fuel to see if it works.

    While we'ere on the subject of fuel, has anyone calculated how much runs cost? For example, the strawberrry maintenance run cost me about $55 for fuel. Fordyce is about $75, if we go all the way through.

    87 unleaded 4.79 a gallon

    92 Unleaded 5.01 a gallon

    97 unleaded 5.19 a gallon

    Diesel fuel 5.91 a gallon

    Go to the bottom and use the gas price calculator. My trip cost to Strawberry was $62.00. slowing to 55 from 65 saves me about $10!

    I filled up twice today - same location.



    7:30AM = $4.25/gal

    3:45PM = $4.29/gal

    The nationwide average is now over $4!



    Crude prices shot up more than 13 percent late last week in their biggest two-day price gain in history.
