I've been playing around with it trying to replace the white background with a transparent background. That may be why things didn't look right on and off. I think I've got it figured out so it shouldn't change any more.

Offline Since you're editing it. Make the background some other color that's not used anywhere else in the image. It will make it easier for me to change that color to transparent.
I won't be able to work on it any more tonight though.
