I've got a co-worker just getting started on a jeep. He's young, and has two kids so he's on a budget. Does anyone have any TJ lift parts, or an older kit they would sell? He has an 01 TJ, 5-speed, SE. He's currently looking for a short arm kit, or something similar.
Does anyone have anything they want to make a few bucks on?

I have a set of sun performance rocker guards I will give him for $40 They need some paint. I will dig around and see if I can come up other things he might need. After Fordyce this weekend I am parting out my Dana 44 and selling the parts if he needs anything like an ARB, etc..

I have a front gear reduction box that fits a Toyota mini truck. I also have a spare belly skid plate but it needs a fair amount of body lift to work. Of course, if you're going to make it fit on a Jeep you're going to need to do a lot of work anyway. Oh yeah...I also have a pair of 3" lift blocks, but I think John has dibs on those for the Tundra.
Seriously though...I'm thinking about selling my CO2 tank.

I've also got a brand new Currie/JKS front adjustable track bar.
I think he's looking for some of this stuff. Could you PM me a price, and I'll forward it to him?
Rob, the sliders are a good deal. I'll forward it to him as well.

He'll take the sliders for $40.

I've also got an aftermarket heavy duty tie rod. I don't know the brand name though. It's just the tie rod and two tie rod ends, no draglink. $40
How about a Warn roller fairlead upgraded with Delrin rollers for synthetic winch rope? $40. I installed the rollers but never winched anything using them. The rollers look like this http://winchline.com/mcart/index.cgi?ID ... 16&code=13 but the fairlead is more gray than black.

Rob,
Can we do a swap again at the next meeting? I can get John the money for the sliders...

It looks like he now has:
Rear adjustable upper and lower control arms.
4" springs
front bump stops
22" brake lines for the front
4" lift shocks
rear track bar relocation bracket
sliders
tow hooks fr and rr
grab handles
he probably needs:
ront track bar relocation bracket
rear brake line extension
rear bump stop extension
front sway bar disconnects
front lower control arms
rear driveline

Don't forget I've got that brand new JKS front adjustable trackbar available. That would be better than any kind of front trackbar relocation bracket.
I didn't think of disconnects while you were here last night. I do have a set of JKS disconnects, minus the storage pins for when you're disconnected (although I may have them tucked away somewhere). I always just tied them up. Or Don will have a set of RE disconnects available when his Sway-Loc finally gets here.
I don't think he'll need a rear brakeline extension. On a short arm lift the rear brake line follows the drivers side upper control arm. I've never extended my rear brake line and haven't had problems with it.

Fred, how much for the JKS disconnects? I think he can zip tie, or order the pins if he wants.

Does anyone have a T-case lowering kit left around? Bolts are nice, but the braket is most important. Fred, does Don still have his bracket?
Cool. I'll get the disconnects cleaned up. Would you like to pick them up like we arranged for the control arms? I won't be able to make it to the meeting this week so I can't bring them.
I've got at least two sets of t-case drop spacers. I'll give him one set. I'll see what I can find for bolts and the tapered washers.
