APD has 1 they got a few years back, 6cyl motor and a stripped down model. They can't afford much more than that Our new Chevy 2wd Tahoe's we are getting to replace all the Ford Crown Vics will be really nice too. Police performance package, etc..To be honest, I would prefer to have a Tahoe because there is a ton more room for a big guy like me.
