Brad and Joe will be in heaven, their two favorite business's rolled in to one Now if 4wheel parts bought Extreme Gear, they wouldn't have to go anywhere else ๐ก
And I thought Trans American auto parts owned both 4wheel parts and Procomp, so Trans American would be buying 4wheel parts??

A poorly managed company doesn't mean the company itself is a failing company.
Since when? Shutting your doors to "reorganize" then being bought out by your competitor = failing. The sale probably saves them from bankruptcy. Sounds the definition of a failing company to me.

How do you get that Parts Mike is a failing business, Mike started that business in his garage after he retired. He just sold his hobby, name included for just shy of a million dollars. What the new owner does with the company is up to them.
"Justin" wrote: Regardless of who owns what, the now confirmed true rumor I read on JP magazines website said "Rumor is that 4wheelparts bought Rubicon Express".
I wonder which failing company TransAmerican will buy next? PartsMike?.....wait.... ๐ฏ
