I went to the fly shop to stock up on my favorite flies. They had my EC caddis but only in a size 14. I asked the guy if he could get me some in size 12? He said he special orders them, but some guy named Brendan keeps buying them all

Offline Hot!!! I don't know what you are talking about. It was 81 degrees when I got to work today at 3 p.m....I will probably need my windbreaker by 9 tonight because it will be dipping in to the low 50's..

Offline Good fishing trip 8) We caught some fish and slept under the stars. We did see a lot of bear signs (tracks and scat) and even more mountain lion signs (tracks everywhere). Made for an uneasy night at camp Rob also killed a rattle snake that was by the river. Rob almost stepped on it and then comenced to pummel it with rocks and sticks. It was a 3 footer 😯

Offline On the bad side, I detroyed a tire, blew out my rear shocks, had a few cases of death wobble due to bad ball joints, and my engine started running rough.
On the bright side, my air conditioner started working again after a year of being broken

Offline Have you run into a lot of Rattle snakes up there over the years. I always thought that was a little high in elevation !!!!!!

Every year, some yrs we see more than others.
I think there are plenty around, just do not see them. 😯

Just like the bears and the mountain lions. Lots of signs though and I'm kinda glad we don't see them. Kinda spookey though when you think that THEY CAN SEE YOU 😯
