Sorry I am new here but in some forums when I post I have an attatchment section in my posting options. But in other sections I don't have the attatchment option. Why is that?

It could be the permissions aren't consistent in the different forums. Which forum has the attachment options and which doesn't? I can look into whether or not I need to make adjustments.
