Here are some sales I have found: Merrell Shoes on close out at REI for $24.95 to $29.95. We picked up a pair for Garett. Hi-Tek waterproof leather boots at Big 5. Regular $79, now $49. I bought a pair. They also have the same boots from Coleman for $39 and Nevados for $34. You need to check and see which fit your feet best. Many camping tents are on clearance at Wal-Mart. For $65, you get an 11x13 tent, plus two chairs, plus two sleeping bags, plus an ice chest, plus four coozies, plus something else. There were tents I saw on clearance for $58, $45, and $34. This was the Folsom Wal-Mart, but you can try others. Wal-Mart will do an oil change using Royal Purple Full synthetic for about $50 on a jeep (or Toyota). The oil alone is $7 a quart... Good luck!

I shop at the Big 5 in Roseville. But, I hardly go there any more since Sportsmans Warehouse opened. I hate shopping, so I like one stop places.

Does Sportsmans warehouse carry Hi-tek boots? I have a gift card for there. I bought a 0 degree sleeping bag for $40 from them.

You know the ones I'm looking for. They had them at Cabellas in Reno. I already bought the all leather ones you have (from Big 5)!

Zipper on the side? Did they have a pouch like the old school kangaroo shoes?

What's the zipper for? Do you use it instead of the laces, or is there some kind of pocket in there?

We were just at S.W. Saturday. I noticed many boots on sale, but we weren't looking for them so I didn't pay much attention to which brands they were.

Hey Brad, use your shopping skills and find me a killer deal on a MicroSD memory card. My GPS came with 64 megs and I need more space! When you're starting with 64 megs just about anything is an upgrade!
