Here are some sales I have found:
Merrell Shoes on close out at REI for $24.95 to $29.95. We picked up a pair for Garett.
Hi-Tek waterproof leather boots at Big 5. Regular $79, now $49. I bought a pair. They also have the same boots from Coleman for $39 and Nevados for $34. You need to check and see which fit your feet best.
Many camping tents are on clearance at Wal-Mart. For $65, you get an 11x13 tent, plus two chairs, plus two sleeping bags, plus an ice chest, plus four coozies, plus something else. There were tents I saw on clearance for $58, $45, and $34. This was the Folsom Wal-Mart, but you can try others.
Wal-Mart will do an oil change using Royal Purple Full synthetic for about $50 on a jeep (or Toyota). The oil alone is $7 a quart...

I shop at the Big 5 in Roseville. But, I hardly go there any more since Sportsmans Warehouse opened. I hate shopping, so I like one stop places.

Huge Sale at Sportsmans Warehouse this weekend!!!
Bought a pair of Vasque boots - reg, $108, on sale for $30.
Bought a columbia waterproof parka - reg $149, on sale for $37.50
Boght a columbia shirt - reg $19, on sale for $9.
I tried the zip Hi-Tek's, which were $80, on sale for $40, but didn't like them.
Wife got two shirts which totaled $40, on sale for $17.
Great sales!!!
