I just got done with some ice cream from "Mindy's Homemade Icecream". Gotta love dairy. That's gonna burn tomorrow. lol

the salmon burgers were awesome.

even my 8yo went for a salmon burger over a beef burger.

topped with tomato/red onion/cucumber relish with a cream/creamcheese and dill spread on an onion bun.

normally I like pinot noir with salmon but a 05 Nevada City Zin was perfect with it.
