OfflineI split and then tore the toe nail on my big toe pretty badly a few days ago.
A little googling and I found a great way to patch it. I'm going on my third day and so far it seems to be holding together as if It wasn't torn at all.
Empty the tea from a tea bag use the fabric to make a patch about the size of the toenail, and glue it on with nail polish.
Start with a layer of nail polish, let it get tacky, add the fabric from the tea bag then layer a couple of coats on. Wait an hour or a day and you can add another piece of fabric and it is even stronger.
Sorry, no pics.
Closed Mondays.
