What's everyone up to while we wait for the weather to roll in? I got all my outside chores done last night. I filled up a couple water jugs just in case since our mobile emergency shelter (the rv) is in the shop right now.
Let's see, I'm trying to shake a hangover from the local dive bar The Liberal Bull, and getting ready to go to a funeral........at a bar.??? :?
Then I will lock myself in the garge and continue hammering on my Jeep getting ready for a small wheeling trip I have coming up. 😉
im going to play paintball.
I spent the morning cutting firewood. Now I'm going to fill some water jugs and take a shower while I still can!!!!
I will be working during the storm 🙁
I'm not worried, I built my house out of straw 😉
the weather scares me
....so I moved across the country from it. Then I'm going to a bachelor party on a bus with which serves beer and visits orphanages.
Trying to get over the flu..... 🤮
The storm is starting to hit here. It's blowing into the garage and I hate working in the garage with the door shut. :x Guess I will take a break.
We're getting a little rain here in Folsom, but nothing I would call a storm. Having lived in the Gulf Coast of Texas, I like a good storm now and then. When we were back there for Christmas we had a couple days where it would rain for about an hour, maybe two, and there would be 4-6 inches of water in anything that would hold it.

In the middle of the night
I went trap and skeet shooting in Lincoln while the front end of the storm coming in made for some interesting wind gusts, the clay birds were dancing all over the place. So I got to blame my misses on the wind.
Then once the rain came in I went out car shopping at used car lots. That's the first time I've ever seen used car salesmen stay in their little offices . . .
We had a mix of snow, then rain, then snow up here in Pollock Pines overnight.

The storm screwed up my internet. Seems everytime it gets cloudy the satellite internet goes down. :?
