I will coordinate an overnight event this year. It will be this fall and will NOT involve a 4wd run/off road driving/rough or unimproved camping. While everyone is welcome to attend (not just members or prospects), I anticipate that fun hanging-out style camping won't be for everyone.

Timing will be Friday through Sunday. People may come and go as they choose during that time. There will be some fees for the campsite that each person would need to cover. I think its about 20 bucks a night per vehicle.

Does anyone have a preference on weekends in the later August through September timeframe?
