Apple Hill Run #1 - Oct. 1

    Meeting at High Hill Ranch at 8AM for donuts and hot chocolate. We beat the crowds here and are out of Apple Hill by noonish.



    We will be going to about three ranches and looking at various things.



    This is more event than a run. Rigs are welcome but not required. Weather permitting we'll bring our jeep. Families are also welcome, as usual.



    Ambitious individuals can meet at placerville starbucks between 7 and 730.

    We are maybe's. We made tentative plans to do a meet and greet with some out of towners on the trail. Also depends on when Sue gets back from montana. For those of you who haven't been on an apple hill run you should go. These are good fun days we always look forward to.

    Unfortunately Ronie and I are a "no go" this time around. Glad it is Apple Hill Run #1 ... here's to Apple Hill #2.

    May see you up there. Can't get there by the 8am though. We'll go to HIgh Hill first though.

    There are two meeting places. First at 7-730 - Placerville starbucks. We'll be there at 730.



    Then, 8AM at High Hill ranch. They have coffee and donuts there, which is where we'll be eating breakfast.



    Either place is fine.

    Which Starbucks? The one off of Missouri Flat or the one on Broadway?

    Sorry we are missing this, I know the daughter would love it. Soccer Saturdays for a few more weeks. Maybe #2 on Sunday, I hope, I hope, I hope...

    Saw Brad and the FJ leaving High Hill as we were walking up from the pony ride.



    Great weather! Really liked Jack Russel Brewery.

    Thanks to John + fam and Kevin + fam for making it. We got in and got out before the crowds. It was a fun time and we bought quite a few things.



    The next Apple hill trip will be posted shortly.
