Just wanted everyone to know this will be my first "extreme" trail run but I'll try my best to not hold up the group. I'm currently running 33's with a short-arm lift and picking up a CB tonight and recovery straps. I'll be watching closely and taking notes. Any tips or advice is much appreciated...

You'll be fine on 33s. I know a guy that's crazy enough to try Fordyce on 33s. 😀 Check out the recovery section. of our website. If you don't have good recovery points, this isn't the run for you.

I hope I can make this one too.
New cat is on order but not sure if it will be here on time.

Do you have rocker guards on your Jeep? If not, my advice would be to get some before this trip. I'd also recommend getting an engine skid plate if you don't already have one, particularly if your Jeep has an automatic transmission.

Thanks. I'm putting on sliders today and installing a CB. My TJ is a 4 cylinder w/ manual trans.
