Come join your Posse family for another virtual meeting! Video is highly encouraged but not mandatory, you can call in without a camera and still participate. You can call in using a PC, Mac or mobile device. Advantages of a PC or Mac is that you will not have to install an application, if on mobile you will want to install the Zoom app on your device.
If you have never used Zoom you will need to create an account, but it’s free. Details to join the Zoom meeting are below. Zoom does a very good job providing tutorials on how to get started and connected so I recommend taking a look at them. You can also test your audio and video prior to joining the meeting so that would be good to do as well. Let me know if you have any questions! -Jamie.

- Officer Updates
- Treasurer (Kathleen)
- $1800 in the account
- Paypal working great for dues
- Only missing a few folks dues, give them another meeting or two
- Unable to connect some of the full names to member names in the list
- Kathleen to post in the members section to ask for those who she can’t identify
- Web Master (Jamie)
- Web site working well, only visible issue the Japanese results in google, Jamie & Kevin need to get together and figure it out
- VP (Linda)
- Is going to PM everyone who paid dues and ask them for address to send them club interest cards
- President (Kris)
- Got Kyle approval to do a snow run on MET
- Money for project funding has been approved, Kris to post in the forum a request for ideas
- He is going to submit for signage and permanent trail maps on Strawberry at the kiosk and other trails
- Forms need to be submitted at end of the month so need to get organized on it now
- Treasurer (Kathleen)
- Past runs
- Snow Run - Several members & friends attended
- Mild run, hard crust and slushy
- They all got hung up in one area and spent some time pulling each other out, but once they got through that section they got in a couple more miles
- New guy Jim in a YJ come on the run, had a great time
- Lots of kids, had a great time in the snow and woods, random snowballs flying around
- Went in, had lunch, headed out
- Upcoming Runs
- Snow patrol on march 20th - Approved to do snow patrol!
- Guy will be doing a Prairie City run and will post it
- Hell Hole in May
- A few overland runs being planned, Kris looking at one in April
- Lets do some vehicle work parties to prep for the season
- Chris & Stephanie got a YJ they want to build up
- Misc
- Guy & Linda got a new Gladiator Rubicon w/ 3.6 liter and manual trans
- Do we want to think about reserving the room in the future in case we are able to meet?
- Officers need to meet and discuss next steps for how we will meet in the future
