Come join your Posse family for another virtual meeting! Video is highly encouraged but not mandatory, you can call in without a camera and still participate. You can call in using a PC, Mac or mobile device. Advantages of a PC or Mac is that you will not have to install an application, if on mobile you will want to install the Zoom app on your device.
If you have never used Zoom you will need to create an account, but it’s free. Details to join the Zoom meeting are below. Zoom does a very good job providing tutorials on how to get started and connected so I recommend taking a look at them. You can also test your audio and video prior to joining the meeting so that would be good to do as well. Let me know if you have any questions! -Jamie.

- Officer Updates

- Gil is doing well, incision looks good and physical therapy starts tomorrow
- Treasurer (Kathleen)
- $2200 balance in the account
- Web Master (Jamie)
- Operating normally, have seen an uptick in member registrations that do not seem legit so have been removing them
- Trail Master (Tim)
- Did long canyon & strawberry pass, had to clear lots of trees
- Plenty of trail work to be done on the trail, might need 3 maintenance runs this year
- Working with forest service to get some rock delivered to rebuild a section of trail that got dug out
- Scheduling Sat June 5th for the first maintenance run
- Volunteers for Sierra Trek winch hills are spoken for, we are first on standby if someone drops out

- For short term outdoor meetings there is a poll out on the forum, will be open for another week
- Activity has stalled on the poll but it currently show the club desire is to meet with distancing and masks but not necessarily all be vaccinated with a meeting time at 7:00 PM
- If we find a place with lights, do we wan to poll again for 7 or 7:30?
- Seeing some comments that even 7 would be tough
- Long term we will go back to Round Table when they allow 50% capacity in their large banquet room
