OfflineSaturday April 18th is blocked on my calendar for the PC event, but there is a conflict with the location.
I would like to maintain the date and offer up a fun run for any vehicle, from stock to modified. I've asked David to check on a few options.
I will post details here shortly, and block the calendar with some timing details.
Please post up here if you're down for whatever!!!

OfflineMark your calendars. I have added the run, meeting time, and meeting location to our board's calendar.
Everyone is welcome. Stock to modified. We will be managing a scenic day out with mild wheeling. The plan is to do some back country exploring, and possibly see some snow on our trails.

OfflineMy current plan is to run up to the Strawberry trailhead, explore back trails and ultimately get over to MET from our 42 mile turn off. There are lots of secret trails I haven't been on in several years that I know exist.
Everything is logging/dirt/paved roads. But there may be snow...
It sounds like you have some great ideas for a run Greg. Maybe you should set it up on the calendar! The Leek Springs Lookout is an option we could hit since we will come out on MET quite close to that turnoff.

OfflineI'd like to go, But Who's bumper can I strap to so I can keep up.........
Waiting for "official" opening date from Kyle for the winter closed trails, the scheduled lifting date is April 1st (no fooling). He did mention that the Baltic Ridge trail is covered in brush and will need to be cleaned. Kyle will let me know if help is needed to de-brush it.

OfflineYes. There are absolutely no requirements (besides 4 wheel drive and a low range) for this run. Just be sure they have a recovery strap (or borrow one from you). I am expecting snow will be our only limitation for this trip. We will be driving on some dirt roads so there will probably be mud, and maybe tree branches.
David, can you bring your saw? I'll bring mine too, just in case so we can get around obsticals during our run...

Requirements for this run are simply a recovery strap and a great attitude!
I know this is bad, but couldn't leave it alone...... Is the required strap to drag the Suzuki to help it keep up?
Unfortunately David, your speed limitation helps me get really good mileage. I'll simply follow along at your pace!
