Jamie and I have been talking about it. I was supposed to receive my new shocks last month but they are on back order until mid-September now. I don’t think my current shocks would survive a full Fordyce run, but I may do a Fordyce Intro run to the first river crossing and back. Maybe camp? I’ll look at dates and post up when I know for sure.

  

Having just seen committee through winch hill 5, I’m keen to do the first part of the trail and am interested in joining this one. Keep us updated and I hope to be able to make it.

Ok everyone. My brother is visiting from Michigan in September. On Saturday, September 17,  I will be running Fordyce trail. He’s never been off road. Should be fun!

 

I am flexible with plans. I want to do just a day run. Start at Eagle and go through committee out through Cisco. 

or

just do Eagle and the first river crossing (plus a little further) and back. 

or 

put in at committee and go to meadow lake and then  back to Cisco grove.

Please keep us posted on which you decide to do ... I am still interested in running Eagles Lakes entrance to Committee... I will confirm when kids' soccer schedules are published (any day now I hope...) and decision is made on specifics of the run. Thanks

Hey Everyone,

Next weekend is Labor Day weekend and I happen to have that week off (no labor for me).  Anywho, besides the 17th Fordyce run I am taking my brother on, I want to do a pre-run, actually, just another Fordyce run labor day weekend/week.

I am free 9-1- (Thursday) through the following Thursday.  I would like to see if anyone is interested.

We can start at Eagle and head back over committee and come out Cisco.

Sorry for the delayed response …. Er this week wouldn’t have worked for me and it turns out 9/17 doesn’t either - so I’ll have to catch another opportunity to see WH 1 and 2. :-/
