Saw on the news this morning that much of the Caldor area is open now, is Strawberry open? I might have to make a trip up Saturday "tomorrow" to see.
Strawberry is open with the new closer. I went up just to take a look. There is very little snow down low. I did not have a saw with me, there was a good size tree down a little over a mile from pavement.

Road Trip to check it out?
I was going to go up on Sunday when I have some more time to start cutting the road open.
Would like to go help, but I will be at the saw cert class both days this weekend.
With the area/trail open now though, do we think there will be a spring maintenance run?
Absolutely, I think our up coming meeting we will need to come up with a plan for that.
I’m eager to get up there and see what the damage is.
I'm fishing on Sunday, otherwise I would have loved to go up and check it out.
