OfflineI'm planning to be there. I like the new location other than the poor acoustics. I have a difficult time hearing conversations in noisy environments like a crowded bar or restaurant. I hate to be a Karen but I'm hoping we can cut down on some of the side conversations so that those of us with hearing issues can understand what the speakers are saying.

Your complaint was also voiced by others Jeff.
It is apparent that this meeting room is like a cave, so everything echos.

OfflineI like the new location other than the acoustics and the parking situation. I really miss the parking lot socializing and tire kicking after our meetings, especially during spring through fall. I'm wondering if we could find a business very close to Mike and Monica's and ask them for permission to park our vehicles there on meeting nights. I have only been to Mike and Monica's during the last meeting but I looked on Google maps and I see that there is a tire shop (The Tire Center) directly across the street at Jamison Ct. and Manzanita Blvd. I see that they close a 6pm. Maybe we can contact them and see if we can park there. Given that we are a 4X4 club and that they are a tire shop, it could be a win, win situation. If not there, then maybe at another business on the street. Just a thought as we are starting to head into better weather.
There is a public parking lot directly across the street. It is well lit as well.
I am not sure if there is some kind of ice cream/dessert over there, but there is a Dutch Brothers one block away.

I like the late night hang out in the parking lot also. Make our new VP can contact the Tire Center and see about using their Plot and offering our club discounts on tires.

OfflineHello Gold Hills Posse family. The Tire Center parking lot across the street is ours and the owner would love to come to our next months meeting. He said we are welcome to use his parking lot. He would love for us to park there as a group. He is welcome to our late night kicking tires and talking about rigs. So if you are coming to the meeting please park across the street we are welcome to by the owner of the Tire Shop. Thanks Jeff for the suggestion.

Thanks Romika for taking care of this parking issue. It looks like most of the parking spaces are on the rear side of the tire shop.
