So a little birdie told me on the 2nd snow patrol I was on that a former member only has to pay his/her dues to be reinstated as a member... Is this correct?

We will be there and it looks like Stacey’s sister Kelly will be coming with us. I think she might be hooked after going on the snow patrol and talking with Brian about lifting her little “toy runner” thing. Hopefully we are grooming another new member!
