Anyone up for a run in March? There are no runs on the calendar until May.
I'm open for any Saturday or Sunday except the 6th and 7th.

this time of year is hard for wheeling, dirt is off limit and snow runs get old. i think im headed to collins lake for some trout on wendsday.
i wish pismo was closer!

Isn't that a bit dicey depending on snow? I've gone in through Georgetown to Uncle Tom's in the winter, but there was no way we were going to make it over to Ice House/Wentworth. We tried, but it wasn't going to happen.

we went a few weeks ago, the snow was higher up than last year. we were just about to the highest spot when it got pretty hard not to deep but like ice . you would just stay in one place with the tires spinning and not move at all. once we turned around you had to be careful with the break or you would slide for ever. studded tires would have been great.

With all of the current storms moving through will Wentworth Springs be doable? I've never been on that one.

Offline Just did Wentworth to Ice House today. Only about the last two miles were even up to GHP material. The only real challenge was getting down off the snowplow berm onto Ice House
Unless things change in the next week or so I would recommend a different trail. (By the way we did make it down that berm)

Can you still go into the Wentworth Springs entrance to the Rubicon or did that get closed this time of the year by the ENF seasonal closure?
