Hi gang,
I got a flyer in the mail and it has the El Dorado County Home and Garden Show list of events on it. I've never been, but I see they have a Show and Shine Expo for Off Road Vehicles and Clubs.

The show is from 10AM-5PM. Categories for ORV are Ugly Duckling, Fresh Prince and Most Customized. Early bird registration is $10 and $5 for each additional category. Early bird registration ends 3/31/16. Otherwise it's $20. It's held at the Fairgrounds in Placerville.

Offline A club booth would be different and fun. We have a banner and pop ups. Someone could put a slideshow on an iPad, and we'd be set.

How much is a booth space? Could someone see if we can park around a booth? 6 rigs and a booth would be pretty cool. We could see if Kyle will be there and maybe we could locate next to the USFS booth. I'm not interested in registering my jeep for a show category.

I think we should shine up our rigs and have the club make a showing. With a booth would be good we could have info about the club and the strawberry trail.

Booth would be cool. I could set up a slideshow pulling images from the gallery.

Offline I called them, since I am right around the corner and go every year... They are sending me an email with the club booth info. Club Booth is FREE!!!
We just need to have a Liability Coverage Something (she is putting that info in with the contract). I will forward when it comes in.
Also, she said if we wanted a rig or 2 at our booth, that is fine, but not any that are in the contests. Can't move them around during the Home Show... Also, first come first serve as to space. I have seen USFS there in the past, but do not think it was Kyle. Jeepers Jamboree had a booth, and maybe one other club at the last years show. Both were near USFS and CHP. We need some plastic Posse badges to pass out as SWAG.
