Hi gang. I'm putting together a trip to Plummer Ridge. It will be on June 27th starting out in Grizzly Flats running up the ridge to the look out tower near the top of Mormon Emigrant Trail and back down. So far it is Dale and me with some friends and a few coworkers. We will be doing hotdogs, hamburgers and stuff at the look out area. We would love to have anyone from the club that would like to come out and join us.

Some are meeting at the safeway gas station here in rancho cordova at 730am or for others that are closer to grizzly flats we will be meeting at the grizzly flats post office at 900am. I went up there yesterday scouting out some stuff and mapping out a few places.

Offline What is the difficulty of this trail? We've not attached the brackets for our sway bar disconnects and might not have time before this weekend... And also should we bring chainsaws and the like??

Offline Its a mild trial. Stock jeep no problem. Most of it is path trail. Don't see a need for a chain saw but wouldn't hurt. I'm going to bring a hand saw and loppers.

Offline We are home. Wow!! What a beautiful day. Plummer Ridge Trail was just spectacular. A perfect day, it had some easy spots and some not so easy spots! And the food was delicious. You guys out did yourselves. I have 4 million pictures that I will post. I even mimicked my Jeeping Icon Gregulator and took some selfies!
